Energy Measurements

We have provided very extensive energy measurement and monitoring services to major utilities, cities, engineering firms, and the State of California. Many sites studied over multi-year periods used cold themal energy storage to air condition large buildings and campuses from chilled water or ice that was made the night before. Sites includes Hewlett Packard, Lockheed, Pacific Bell (now AT&T),Sacramento State University, Loral Aerospace, Syntex, large shopping centers, hotels, supermarkets, banks, and 40 others. Each site included tens of large electric loads and all thermal cooling loads and data was typically measured over 15 minute intervals.

Electrical Measurements

We have complete equipment for monitoring electic loads from 0 through 1000 AC amps and AC voltages up to 4160 volts. Additionally DC loads of any size and voltage can be monitored and recorded as well. Projects can be short term or long term.

Thermal Measurements

Flowrates and delta T measurements of any scale. Flowmeters can be retrofitted with "hot taps" without shutting down operations.

Data Recording and Internet Based Access

All monitored data can be saved in a data recorder which may be accessed by telephone or over the Internet. In addition, all data may be observed realtime on the Web along with multiple standard or custom reports and graphics.
